So yesterday we were cutting this angle we always cut on this ArcLIght ArcPro 4800 4x4 and it was like it was cutting the drawing smaller than what it was supposed to be. we had to mess with the drawing to get it to cut how it was supposed to. Ill attach both drawing and show them if anyone can help. STRUCTURAL ANGLE is the actual measurements and Newer Angle is how we had to move it to cut the actual size. Thank you

Re: Cutting Problems
The over all measurement should be 12" x 4 15/16"

Re: Cutting Problems
The drawing you posted above don't look like angles to me. The outside dimensions are the same for both drawings, but the interior dimensions are not the same.

Re: Cutting Problems
Also - I remember that you had a similar problem with this same part earlier in the year. I think you said that you had some worn or slipping belts that were causing your problems. Perhaps these need attention again.

Re: Cutting Problems
I guess I should've phrased it a little better, see the thing we are cutting is a piece of angle. It is 12" x 4 15/16" x 5/8" angle. the problem we were having is that we had to manipulate the drawing Newer Angle to match the measurements of STRUCTAL ANGLE. so basically, when we put "Newer Angle" into the program it wouldn't cut to the size it said it was it would be close to the measurements of "STRUCTAL ANGLE".
