Gate Hinges

I have built several gates for my cattle handling areas, they are made out of 2x2 11ga sq tube. The pics show the hinge and the bar that bolts to the post. one of these gates 16 foot long weighs a little over 400 pounds, so the hinge gets a workout, also does not hurt to have a front loader to hang the gate when working alone. I use highway gaurd rail for pens etc, defeates the purpose to hang gaurd rail then put up a flimsy TSC type gate, kinda leaves a weak point.
