Hobart airforce 40i / miller spectrum x-treme 675 40amp question

I'm having an issue with my Hobart Airforce 40i. It's starting just fine on the first cut, but when it goes to start the second cut I get CUP flash error. Then once the error stops it'll start right up again. Any ideas? New consumables. Also noticed my THC voltage dropped down to 103V instead ofbthe normal 113v on 1/8". Not sure if that has any relevance.

If you have a air pressure gauge at the back of the plasma cutter, what is the input pressure at during the end of the first cut?

Thank you for the response sir. Turns out the return spring inside of the head lost its spring rate when it got too hot and wouldn't return so reset the pilot arch. I just stretched it and so far so good.
