Problems with Huawei Starfire HNC-1500W-J3 PLASMA CUTTER

Hello from down under in Australia
My brother brought a Huawei Starfire HNC-1500W-J3 PLASMA CUTTER with a SF-HC25C3 Torch Height Controller
The guy he brought it off had wired it up wrong so it had burnt out a couple of wires which my brother fixed.
The software it is using is fastCAM V7 which I purchased another copy so I could put it onto a Laptop. I also purchased Outline so I can convert clipart to a dxf file.
When we put the file into the machine and start it up it does a demo run but will not fire up the PLASMA CUTTER at the end of it.
Does anyone know what the settings are on this model Huawei Starfire HNC-1500W-J3 PLASMA CUTTER
Does anyone know the settings on this SF-HC25C3 Torch Height Controller 1 of the dials on it says Given Voltage, should this be on 240 Volts as its in Australia.
It is very frustrating as we know we are doing something wrong but cannot work it out.
Does anyone know of any forums or manuals for this model Plasma cutter

simple Google what you want, I did "SF-HC25C3 Torch Height Controller Manual" and these sites came up. I clicked on the top one and downloaded a PDF file of the manual. Looks like all you need to wire and setup the THC, did not look for the other manual but should be just a easy.

Hey Mick

It can frustrating at first, particularly when you have more than 1 issue.

THC's can be very frustrating to get functioning properly and will send you on a wild goose chase if you have other issues going on as well. For this reason I would forget about the THC for now, leave it OFF and work on getting your torch to fire and cutting simple parts successfully with good cut quality.

Once you get to that point introduce the THC and work out its issues. Looks like Tom found some manuals for you above which should be helpful in getting the torch to fire.

Have you been able to get the machine to fire the torch yet?
