F2100B Does not start up

Greetings to all,

I'm have a problem with CNC Controller F2100B that does not start its system, showing white screen and "Flash is Ok" is written on the top left

I tried to do System recovery from Bios but it is stuck at 98%

any Ideas?

I know nothing about your system, but if it a PC based system you may look at the small coin battery that is used to hold the BIOS info. I have seen PCs with a weak battery not boot, and loose system info. Most of these are the CR2032 type in a small holder on the motherboard.
