PrimeWeld Cut 60 with THC???

I've been struggling for months now trying to couple a PrimeWeld Cut 60 to three different THCs. Noise seems to be one issue.

Anybody have any success with the PrimeWeld machine and ANY THC?

I see Langmuir has again endorsed the PM after the company cleaned up some of the noise issues but their THC is not stand alone so not an option for me.

I'm seriously thinking of just hiking up the 3k and getting a Hypertherm.
Kinda a shame seeing as I have the PM unit almost new and just purchased a machine torch.

I am sure the PrimeWeld is noisier than some however I would not blame the noise on your THC's inability to function properly. Typically noise would cause the computer to malfunction, lock up, or shut down but the THC I doubt it.

THC's are notoriously finicky and difficult to get set up to function well and I have seen many tables with Hypertherm plasma cutters that could still not get the THC to function well or consistently.

What happens when you are using the THC? Does the torch continue to drive up or down and unable to stabilize? Does it create excessive vibration? Does it do nothing and all and the Z axis remains still?

Just found this on YouTube, very short but he seems to blame the USB cable. And another guy with EMI problems.
