POWERMAX 45 TORCH CAP SENSOR

HELP! My plasma worked fine a couple weeks ago and then the the machine has a little spurt of air inside and the cap sensor light flashes. I've replaced all consumables on the torch and still no luck. Any suggestions?

Perhaps there is an o-ring broken or damaged that need replacing in the torch head.

If you unscrew the torch retaining cap with the machine on does the state of the error LED change?
