A friend is going to purchase two of these Harbor Freight Greenhouses (10'x12') and we are going to put them together as a single 12'x20' greenhouse. The single 20' roofline will be rotated 90 degrees, and the internal wall panels will be substituted for a lower pitch roof. Eight additional panels will be required to complete the project and thankfully, HFT sells them as "replacement parts."
I am going to use my plasma table to BEEF UP the cheap Chinese design of this thing. I will cut braces and gussets, etc,, to make the assembly both cleaner and stronger. The project is slated for October-ish, depending on the weather,. The inside of these things gets really hot, and fast.

Re: HFT Greenhouse Project
I drew up both greenhouses and all of the components in DesignEdge. Then I used drag-and-drop, to assemble ONE 12x20 greenhouse from the available components. I almost made it. I only need 8 additional roof trusses and two small front right ceiling plates to complete the project.
I hope Harbor Freight will sell those individual pieces. If not, I will fabricate something to replace them.

Re: HFT Greenhouse Project
They DO sell the individual components! I think I will make a video of this process, so other people can figure out how to combine two of them as well.
