Cutmaster 60I to Proma THC
Could someone help me with wiring these 2 together? I`m running an AXBB-e controller, also

How far have your got?
If you need to buy a CPC you can buy the following items:
1x 206044-1 https://www.google.com/search?q=206044- ... e&ie=UTF-8
1x 206070-8 https://www.google.com/search?q=206070- ... e&ie=UTF-8
9x 66103-4 https://www.google.com/search?q=66103-4 ... e&ie=UTF-8
Wire the THC up to pins 5 and 6 of the CPC (Circular Plastic Connector)
From the PLASMA CUTTER (ignore the ARC OK on the Proma 150!), wire it up to an ISOLATED INPUT on the AXBBE
Same as that shown for either the PROBE or the ESTOP in the image below.
Zero Volt to the (-) of the isolated input of the AXBBE. {Say I3-)
24V wire to PIN 12 of the PLASMA Cutter
From PIN 14 of the PLASMA Cutter CPC wire back to (+) of the isolated input of the AXBBE. {Say I3+}
From The proma THC 150, wire 24V up to the COM.
Then from the UP and DOWN pins wire back to SEPERATE isolated inputs (+) on the AXBBE .... {Say I4+ and I5+}.
From the (-) isolated inputs wire then back to zero volts {Say I4- and I5-}
In order to fire the torch you will need to install a 24v relay and wire two of the contact connections of the relay (COM) and (NO) back to pins 3 and 4 of the PLASMA Cutter CPC.
You will then need to wire the coil of the relay back to 24V on one side and then the other side of the coil back to an ISOLATED OUTPUT of the AXBBE. {say O1, same as shown in the image at the top of the page}
You will then need to set up the inputs (ArcOK, THCUP and THCDN) and output (to to fire the torch) in uccnc or Mach3 / Mach4.
