Can someone please tell me how i can change all of these slots to 1/2" cutout. currently the vertical slots are .6" and the horizontal slots (if rotated vertically) are .75
This will be a privacy screen for a customer who asked for 1/2" slots. the panel will be 29x71

You could scale the drawing up and then trim the outside to the size you want the screen. That would also make the slots longer, though. It you just want wider I think you're going to have to redraw it.

I'm afraid it may need to be re done. If anyone wants to help me with a tutorial on how this was made I'd be willing to pay for it.

How that could be done will be somewhat dependent on what software you are using. There is more than 1 way to skin a cat. What software are you working with?
