i have CNC plasma cutter i make file DXF already but now i want convert to plasma g-code i needed good software for this .

Do you have a Plasmacam or a different CNC table?
If you have a Plasmacam, it will import DXF or g-code (absolute coordinates) and it will also export a DXF and the g-code for the drawing.
