New to CNC plasma cutting.

Post by ctgolfer1 »

I have had a Miller 625 Extreme for a year or so and I finally decided to get a table. I have the Langmuir table on order with the water pan and all.
I have been messing around with Fusion 360 to get familiar with it.
I intend to make race car parts and some signage for my existing business, I do not plan to go in the sign biz, table will be more of a toy then anything for me.
I bought a Miller Multimatic 220 AC/DC Multiprocess Welder a few months ago to replace some older equipment and I love it, still learning tig though.
I may be trying to learn too much at once but it is fun.

All the informative post I have seen here will help me very much I am sure, thanks to all that post/share.

Welcome to the site! Fusion is awesome for mechanical parts but not so great for art stuff. Depending on what your looking to do with your table you may want to consider Inkscape or if you have a few bucks to spend I like CorelDraw for art stuff. Best of luck!
