T.D. Cutmaster 50 won't fire

2000 model according to schematic, 240 volt set up, not cutting, where do I get some help troubleshooting, sorry if I'm in wrong place, question is on the two red led's, on logic board, when should they light, appears no dc voltage present, no arc, gas and power on, main relay clicks, aux relay that appears to activate the dc arc pulls, but no voltage on the big red wires to the tip at E34 what is pca and pcr? hard to read. ohmed wires to torch head all ok, ohmed transformers, nothing open, dc light may light for one second then off, thanks in advance

I have a cutmaster 50 also. When I first got it, used! It would not fire the torch and i thought i got ripped off, turns out that worn out consumable will not let the torch fire.
I bought new consumable and it works like a champ.
