does anybody have the setting that are working best for them using the 45XP and fine cut consumables while cutting 3/16" thick mild steel?

10g MS is the thickest recommended material for the finecut consumables. That's probably why you are not finding specs on them.

I just changed over to the standard consumables and got the job done, thanks
