Corel Draw X8 Getting Extra lines after i save it

When I save a drawing in Corel as a PLT. When I re open it. I am getting multiple lines on part of the drawing I have. Why is this happening? And how can I prevent it?

My guess is that those lines are already there but have to width set to them so they may not be visible depending on what view your using.

Drop down the View menu and select wireframe view. This is a sure fire way to see EVERY line the design contains.
