Hypertherm 900 torch conversion

I have a Plasmacam table with a 900 Hyperterm and a 125 torch. My question is has anyone tried the 60T torch conversion for this machine. It is advertised that the conumables will last 75% longer and you can cut 33% faster. I am having trouble with the consumables electrode welding inside the nozzle. I have read that the 60T is a much better torch. Thanks for your help.
