Is a vector image a dxf?
Just got Corel draw. By following directions I converted a logo image to a bitmap and then to a vector drawing. Have I made a dxf or do I need to do something else?

Be sure to play with the different AutoCAD settings when you export as a DXF. Corel has AutoCAD2008-2013 down to R2.5 in my version. Each one will save a little different. For most art, I use 2008-2013. For firerings I like to use R11 or R10. So save the same file as different settings and import them into SheetCAM and notice the difference between them.
