Edges rounded

Post by rhinoplasma »

while ago I am noticing that the corners or edges are not coming out straight but more rounded on thinner materials at high speeds (according to the hypertherm charts) for example when trying to cut a triangle it looks almost like an oval

Some comments?

When you create your operation look in the upper right corner for "loop sharp corners option" Play with those settings or look in the help section for application. Works for outside corners.

Maybe check the constant velocity setting. Too aggressive setting might create this.
