Quote/Order/Inventory/Shipping/Invoice Software

Do any of you guys care to share what you use for keep track of everything? I'm at the point right now I really need to keeping up with more of my data then in just a excel sheet.

Just wondering if anyone has crossed this bridge from a hobby, to a 2nd job, to not more then you can keep up with?

Personally, as a programmer, it would take me far longer to build something with the capabilities that Quickbooks offers. Not saying I couldn't build, just saying it would take away from me burning up metal.

I have been using a online invoicing called Invoicable for the last 6 months, very easy to use, easy to keep track of payments, it's free but with there link on invoices, still very reasonable for the paid add-ons to remove that and other features.
I also looked again at quickbooks as have used it in the past, soon gave up with that you need to be a accountant to understand it!

I use an app by Adminsoft, its free and very good, not the prettiest looking but who cares, it works. Good support forum too.

For invoicing I use Wave Accounting. It is online and free and is really good for invoicing and bills. You can take credit cards with it. It used to be through Stripe but they now process cards themselves. Just create an invoice and send it to the customer and they can pay right there. No ads or extras to buy later. Also does reports, balance sheets, etc. I really like it. I still do inventory in Excel. Good luck!
