Hypertherm phc

Post by Colemack »

Having problem retrofitting phc onto mg table with edge controller with burney back panel.
With the help from hypertherm tech support may have burned out opto isolator on pcb does any one know how to test it
I can get my power max 105 to turn on but no motion motion output from controller seems to have a lot of voltage in it as it zaps me I can get in to move by touching motion wires from controller after torch fires but then it stops.
I removed a innerlogic 421h from table but had to reinstall it to cut again.thanks Coleman...

Hypertherm tech service is the best way to go...they have helped install a few hundred of those units. I suggest working with them. The operators manual for the PHC shows a few different options.
