VUlcan XP6

The shop I work at uses Vulcan XP6. I've been able to use many of the DXF files that users have uploade without a problem. I've even started creating some of my own using Corel Draw Home and Student x6 then saving as a WMF and inserting into AutoCad 2007. I don't have any issues with the DXF's I have created or many of the user uploads, but every so often when I import into Vulcan many of the lines don't connect, are scattered all over, cirlces are now hexagons, etc. I know vulcan doesn't always like a polyline unjoined. Usually after I download a DXF from here I open it with ACAD and make sure to do a PEDIT and join the lines if they weren't already. It only fixes a few of the drawings but not all, they all show up perfect in ACAD just not Vulcan. Any Ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
