Need help with modifying a pipe roller

I sourced the motor for my sheet roller off of ebay years ago. Just need to keep watching. I bought a nice forward reverse foot pedal from MetalPro as they are local and I like the one on my MetalPro IronWorker.
Get as slow a gear reduction motor as you can and you can also play around with pulley sizes for the correct speed.
