I normally do not have to clamp my sheets before. It did it with the first one as well.
The second part cut ok with no issues.

Re: I'm looking for something Jeep?
Here's the wild version I came up with. I just very so slightly modified the original file to create this. OK well maybe I actually heavily modified it but the basics of the drawing are just scaled up a lot.
It all started with a good friend/customer reaching out asking if I can make some sort of cool metal basket for them to put stuff in for a raffle at a local car show. Well they have a shop where they upfit Jeeps so this is what I came up with for their basket. For a size reference that's my 1 year old son sitting in it and yes the wheels do roll!

Nice work! I certainly looks like an old CJ. What thickness material did you use?

Re: I'm looking for something Jeep?
Here is my modified version of this model. Designed to be a final folded model size of approx 10.4" long, 5 " wide and 5.75" high. It uses 25.7" by 11.5" of a sheet and has 55 pierces.
Thanks to Scratch and everyone else who added to this.
I made the single line cuts into wider cutouts, balanced the shapes and made everything symmetrical, enlarged the windshield openings, added the missing taillight, added the JEEP logo to the tailgate, widened the bend line along the top of the tailgate and removed the lead-ins.
