So you replaced the entire control box? I'm curious if the wiring is different between the 2 boxes. Maybe you could post a picture of the new one.

I find the birds nest wiring setup troublesome and hard to look at, let a lone work with, not at all well set up, no wire number/letter tags! I wonder how accurate it could be?

Wiring looks fine to me, and appears to be color coded.

Hi everyone.
I'm new to the group and see this site looks to be of great help. I'm not sure how to start a new section for my problem. Any help with that would be much appreciated. I just got a Premier Plasma 4X8 table with the 45xp plasma. My plasma won't fire when Mach3 tells it to. It shows it's working in Mach3 though. I believe it's wired correct. I did get the Plasma with machine control already in it. I will give more details as needed once I find out ( get help ) how to get my own thread.

Thanks in advance Jason, Offroad Specialties.

Are you using machine torch or hand torch? If hand torch, do you have the trigger switch held closed with a cable tie? Is your plasma cutter turned on, set to the correct mode on the front panel, and do you have sufficient air pressure at the entrance to the plasma cutter? Are you able to cut manually with hand torch connected to your cutter?
