Thanks for posting this! I'm cutting this with plasma, scaled to apprx 4ft wide by 3ft high. It will be used outdoors as a driveway entry sign for a cabin with the family name and street number. The question is what metal thickness should I cut this out of? I have 12 gauge and 10 gauge HR. Could I get away with 12 gauge? It will hang by chains in between two posts.

We've cut two of these signs 32" wide from 14g so, judging from that, I'd go with 12g minimum.
