ok here is the problem this time. I am trying to make this cool ring for the college I went to. I was doing great but ran into a snag. I cannot get the Texas to go inside the ring and weld to it or be cut out like it is supposed to. I just put it inside and not touching the edges so it would all be seen by you guys. I have put it out there and tried to weld it different ways but it never seems to work. Could someone help me with this, I am using Torchmate's CAD program.

Would this be what you need? I found you have one too many circles that is why it falls out. You also need to stencilize your 8 and your 9's.
