Another price check please..

There are 16 of each. Customer supplied flat bar for material the first two files was out of 3/8 mild steel and the other one is out of 3/8 mild steel, no real clean up done.

Side note I learned that flat bar needs to be clamped and braced from movement, cut 4 pces from each section he brought and finally realized they material was warping side ways as they cut, I only had the ends clamped.. I already priced it out just want to see how close the pricing system is.

These are in CAD but hard to figure out as my sheet is adding in material costs. I think this was pretty close. My customers do not supply material, especially flat bar. I know what you mean when you say it moves. I found out on some 3/4" material and messed up the part.

Thank you Gary for your time.. I was 17.00 less. I based on 150 shop rate and added money for loading material. That will work for me.
