Hi guys,
Kinda new to the plasma world and bought a plasmacam 4x4 dhc table, with a miller spectrum 625c 40am plasma cutter. (not sure which handheld torch it is).
I was cutting at about 50ipm, at 35amps. my torch height was set to .073", and my pierce height was set to .1"
the bevel seems to be inconsistent around the part, some edges (on the same part) look good, some are beveled in, and some are beveled outward. the plate it was cut from matches the bevels on the part. its not V'd on the top or bottom indicating a screwy cut height.
any advice or tips would be appreciated!
Thanks!

I'd start by making sure the torch is perfectly perpendicular to the plate you are cutting, in both the X and the Y direction. You also might check the torch consumables, even a small nick in a nozzle can affect the cut angularity. Other things might include the cutting speed as you go around a curve or corner, causing the torch "flame" to lag the cut a little, thus "throwing" it to the side as it goes around the corner or curve. Cut rules in sheetcam will help that.

May be a silly question but, what is sheet cam?
I did a quick google search and found some sort of cutting software, is this what you are referring to? Right now I use whatever software came with the plasma table put out by plasmacam.

SheetCam is a CAM Program it converts DFX and SVG files to Gcode. You most likely have a custom CAM program that came with the table. I'm not sure if a Miller torch is like a hypertherm but inside cuts are to be CCW and outside are CW due to the swirl ring in the torch. Not saying that is your problem but may be something to check.
Path rules are a way to fine turn the torch movement like slowing down for corners or small circles to help maintain square cuts.
