I'm looking and trying to make sense of the second picture, it appears to have a piece of Al that would hinder a lot of the vacuum from the chute design. Is this also a water table and the hole patterns are the fill/drain?

THIS IS NOT A WATER TABLE. I WOUND UP CUTTING A 12'' HOLE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SHEET FOR MORE FLOW. I HAVE 2 4'' PORTS ON THE BOTTOM WITH 2 VACUUM SYSTEMS WITH REMOTE KEY CHAIN SWITCHES..

Hi steelcutter, It looks like maybe this system you have pumping into drum? Is this a contained system or is it vented outside? I'm looking for something like this that can be self contained in a room to cut down on dust. If this is still working great for you i would love some info on how to build one.
