Hobart / miller, from tractor supply, was left with me as a freebie, would like to get it going, its dead, well almost, I have 120 volts at bridge, but no 12volts to the relay, anyone have a print of this pc board ? serial number indicates is a 2009, so out of warranty, customer left it here and bought a new one, it quit during operation, no lights, at all, the short is present from the cup. ( sorry if wording is poor, I'm a tech, not a fab guy) this is a tough board to troubleshoot, conformal coated, short leads, surface mounted parts, I replaced the soft rush in cap, and tested relay, both are known good, I just do not have 12 dc needed to energize the relay, and start process, I've found no fuse at all, ac is ok, dc is the problem, before I force on the relay, thought I'd run it buy you all.

of if someone has a pile of these laying around in need of repair, I'd buy a pc board from one, its a shame that a new board cost as much as a new unit, I'd be able to fix it if miller would release the schematic, hint, hint, I need a print of the pc board.
