eCut Macro questions

I am looking at purchasing eCut. Mainly for the nesting features. My questions are this. How good, or how efficient is the nesting feature? Second question is, lets say you have a part with a lot of inside cuts. Does the Macro differentiate between the actual part and the inside cuts? or will it also move your inside "curves"? Thanks for the help.

For anyone that may be interested, I just downloaded eCut. In order for the program NOT to move your inside layer, you must group the objects together.
