What to correct this ?
16 ga steel
350 imp
Pierce delay 0
Mach settings , I may say these two backwards ,don't remember acelleration 2400 ,velocity 45
Looks like at least two problems , the letters were supposed to be square block type

Looks like some serious play in your drive somewhere.

I agree with OTHill. It also looks like you're starting the lead-in (pierce) in good material instead. The path might not be made correctly or female cut path was selected instead of male cut path.

Lower feed rate will make a big difference I'm sure. Many (most?) tables can't functionally cut at 350 IPM with any quality. I try to keep mine under 150 or so generally.

Found one problem , loose pinion gear on one of the Y motors

I think your velocity @ 2400 IPM is way too high. Mine is R&P and is set to about 300 IPM. If metric, then I don't know off hand what that might be. My acceleration is 50, so you are close to my settings there.
