Money, how much to charge.

Does anyone have a system for billing? My drawing program will provide the actual inches of cutting, this is accurate information as to what work has been done. What should I times this number by, not including the material cost? Someone once posted "How To Be Successfull At This Business", I wish I had read what he had to say, did any of you guys read it?
