Hypertherm powermax 85 fine cut problems

All consumables are brand new and when it tries to start the arc it goes down touches metal air comes on but no arc then fault code 0-30 stuck consumable. Any help please.

Every tip I have does not work. I swapped to the hand torch and it fires right up.

I have had that problem a number of times and it always turns out to be a problem with my air supply.

I have replaced all of them swirl ring ,electrodes, shields, all tips same result. I have a descant dryer before the cutter it's not the best but broke right now and can't use this to make any money being its broke. Hypertherm said it might be a broke wire. Will test that tomorrow. Thanks for all the help
