Hello All
Ive been fighting this for 2 years and has decided to ask. All of my straight line cuts are almost Dross-Less with the factory settings from Hypertherm 45 Plasmacam with height control
My corners and curves though are always an issue which are heavy on dross, any help is greatly appreciated.

Re: Heavy Dross On Corners And Curves Only
your speed is usually slower in corners which will create more dross

Re: Heavy Dross On Corners And Curves Only
You don't mention what cutting machine you are using. Corner dross is a result of slow speed.....with many machines you can increase corner speeds and or increase acceleration rates to minimize this issue.
