external Estop requested driving me crazy

I recently purchased a fastcut 4x8 and a used hypertherm 1250 g3 series a bran new machine torch for it a new interface cable for the plasma and it has turbo cad,sheetcam and mach 3 for software. My ? is what is causing this error to stop everything instantly as soon as i hit run the plasma fires enough to make a minature crater and it stops saying external Estop requested . any suggestions on what is causing my problem would be great i am almost 20 grand into my whole setup and have had it setup for 4 weeks almost and havent cut out a single piece im going crazy

where is the e stop switch and how do i see if its working properly?

No I don't have a button like that at all but my problem has been solved so far by changing some settings in config I was losing my arc causing the e stop to happen
