NEED HELP... TORCH NOT TOUCHING DOWN

LAST WEEKEND EVERYTHING WORKED FINE WENT TODAY TO GET READY TO CUT AND NOW THE TORCH IS NOT TOUCHING DOWN TO THE TABLE ITS RUNNING ABOUT AN INCH ABOVE THE TABLE. I SET IT UP THE SAME AS I HAVE ALWAYS DONE I HAVE MY THC ON. I GO DOWN IN MY PROGRAM TOUCH THE TABLE BRING THE TORCH UP 1/8" OFF THE TABLE ZERO OUT THE X,Y,Z AXIS, LOAD MY SQUARE TEST PEICE AND THEN CLICK CYCLE START. ITS RUNNING THE PATTERN BUT NOT TOUCHING THE TABLE. WHAT COULD BE GOING ON????? ANY IDEAS???

NO LOL....SEEMED LIKE IT EARLIER!!!! BUT I FINALLY GOT IT RESET AND IT WORKED AGAIN....

There are dozens of different CNC and torch height control manufcaturers and designs. When you have a problem like this you should detail all of the equipment....Plasma make and model, cutting machine, electronics and THC make and model. The only way we can offer advice is if we know what we are working with!

I am having the same problem I can not figure it out..

when this happens to me I close software and restart the controller.
