jpeg down load

I need to change a jpeg file to DXF in Corel draw x3 .Any help? thanks Allan
5x10 table,Precision plasma gantry,Cand CNC electronics,Hypertherm 65 plasma,King lathe and mill,255 lincoln mig welder.Dawson Creek BC. Much modified Fastcut 4x8 plasma table with Ethercut

Thanks Gamelord.I will give that a try.Iv'e just barely got using Corel draw Graphics now I will try out CD paint! The learning curve continues.
