Question about closed paths - lines
O k , when I m done with a drawing I close curves, combine , save file , dxf export tool to sheetcam . When I go to set up the cuting operation some of the closed paths will not start and end in one continous cut . I have looked at this art work by zooming in to see if there are any broken lines but I never see any . Some closed paths cut in one continous cut . The same thing happens on some open lines . Could some one do a step by step on what I 'm not doing correctly ? Thanks !

Re: Question about closed paths - lines
That can be hard to detect since corel will fill it as if it is continuous.
In the pic, you can see a break has two node handles in one place, and the status says it has 2 subpaths.
Corel X5 and X6 has a join-nodes tool that will fix that automatically.

It works best to combine everything first.
It doesn't correct overlaps.

Re: Question about closed paths - lines
Have a look at Gary's reply on this thread, helped me understand the problem. As is mentioned in another thread kudos to Gary, always a great help.
