I have never attempted to cut Aluminum and I have a customer wanting a logo cut out of 3/16 and 1/4" Aluminum. I have a Hypertherm powermax 1000 with my PlasmaCam - I need some guidance on the settings on the plasmacam and the hypertherm - any suggestions?
