Hard to say without seeing the original and result.

Since corel displays vectors, it can contain infinite drawing objects inside a one pixel space, yet if exported at 1:1 scale, it'd come out as a one pixel image.

i.e. the entire page can be set to one pixel wide in corel, and you can still draw the same as if the page was an inch or a foot or a mile wide.

when those vector objects are exported to fit within a 60 pixel tall raster image, that's not many dots, there can only be so much detail in the original to remain sharp at 60 pixels tall, not to mention the many export settings that can affect final clarity.

I usually export things like that a lot bigger than needed, then use a raster program to scale down. To allow adjusting contrast, levels, etc, before scaling, for maximum clarity after scaling.
