Would anybody know of a crackle paint product that could be applied with a roller instead of spray can?
I'm having a difficult time getting the color shade uniform over the entire piece. I painted the piece a few times with a cream colored crackle from Valspar but it always looks darker on one end.
Thanks, Pat

Re: Crackle paint question
Are you talking about wrinkle finish ? The VHT stuff I use on my auto parts needs to be heated to produce an even finish. I dont know if thats the case with the Valspar.
I've used a heat gun, and the most recent time I used a bbq.

Re: Crackle paint question
The look I'm after is the appearance of old cracked paint.
