1/16th brass

Post by redfarm »

had a customer call today wanting to cut 1/16th brass. I looked at the cut charts and kinda thought the 18ga. SS setting with fine cuts (1250/T-80) would be a good place to start, does anybody have a better suggestion and/or practical experience with this material. thanks.

Use the same pierce height and cut height...likely the speed will be slower than on stainless.

Go to hypertherm's website & download the manual for your machine. It should have cut charts in it.
