Max thickness

I am running a PowerMax 65 on a DHC2 PlasmaCam. How thick of material can I cut and still have a quality cut?

I have pierced and cut 1/2" plate with nice results I believe it can cut thicker material than that, I believe the owners manual say it will pierce 5/8"

The Powermax65 is rated for 5/8" piercing, and 1-1/4" edge start cutting. The cut quality up through 1-1/4" is excellent, although will have bottom dross above about 5/8"
