Bridgeport Mill Tilting table done

Post by TJS »

I always wanted a tilting table to do some simple cylinder head work. No guide work or resurfacing, just screw in studs and guide plates as well as machine for PC seals. I got the idea from Ryanbrownracing dot Com. I used my table to create the uprights and thick washers. I have yet to bolt a head up to the plate and indicate it but I am sure I will be more exact than a piece of wood and a drill press to perform screw in rocker studs operation you see on YT.

TJ - very nicely done! Nice machining and welding as well as the plasma cut parts.

Thanks David. Had to turn up the heat on the Miller Dynasty to get some good tig welds.
