I just came across this at one of the Tinkercad groups. It looks very interesting and I tried it out on a few photos.
The car came out so-so, but the figurine came out pretty nicely I think.
This is a handy method to turn a 2D image into a 3D solid model, which can be further edited using Meshmixer, Fusion 360, etc.
