I've had a Komatsu' KCR0448 in my shop for the last 5 years. It is a 4' x 8', 40 amp FinePlasma system and has made all the difference in the world to my business. It too has allowed me to expand my shops capibilites. About the machine, specifications can be found at http://www.fineplasma.com. Mine was built in 1993 and is very solid and with the exception of the paint, works and cuts as good as if it were new. Cut quality and detail is great. I'll attempt to upload some pictures of things I've cut. The only problem(s) I've had with it was a cable connection and I destroyed a torch cutting some material three(3) times thicker than it is rated for, but it did cut it very nicely. As for service, the guys at Komatsu' are second to none. If you have an issue with anything they will attempt to repair it over the phone or if you prefer they will come to you.
I'm very happy with the machine and expect it will give me many more years of quality use.

I have one of their newer Twister 150A machines and really like it too.
