This video show a procedure I just tried for fun, I have labeled table with the buyer name for fun. This plaque will go on a 2" X 72" belt grinder I just finished, for myself. :Yay

As side note when I applied the powder I forgot to trigger the powder coating gun so it just blew the powder out with no static charge on the part. Just the pre-heat from the heat gun, so if you just had a shaker (very fine salt type) to dust the part. Then follow with the heat gun it will work fine for small part like this.
