Sigmanest/Eckelmann Help?

Hi. I’m newbie in using Sigmanest, we just testing it in our cnc machine Eckelmann and we its still doesnt work. I don’t know if it is an error to sigmanest post processor or in Eckelmann e cut. When trying to nest what I created in sigmanest to our cnc machine. It is says “Dataset not available”. It is there a way how to fix that? Thanks

Perhaps post some screen shots so we can better understand your problem.

For an issue like this you will have to call Sigmanest. Sounds like your missing files related to your post processor.
