Hi everyone,
I have a plasma table that I'm retrofitting with Mach4 and using a Warprunner THC.
I have the machine setup and all the motors calibrated, I have test cut pieces and measured and this part of the machine is good.
The problem that I'm having is that the Warprunner is commanding a Z movement (up for low voltage or down for high voltage) however no movement takes place.
Is there a way to test the Z axis through the Warprunner?
Any settings that I may need to verify?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

You may need to go to their web site for an answer. Could you have the polarity of the signal reversed?? Common and the signal reversed.

Don't believe there is a way to test z motion through Warprunner. Did your Z axis move up and down prior to installation of the THC?

According the descriptions on EBAY it uses the UP /DOWN inputs of the wrap 9 ESS card. Since MACH4 has no internal THC logic all of it is done though the ESS. It has to be setup correctly and controls the Z axis outside of MACH. Since the ESS card does the actual motion its out of sync with the code running in MACH. Did you get any manual with the card ?
